Wie sich aus § 55 I RStV ergibt, trifft einen Anbieter keine Impressumspflicht, d.h. er kann seine Webseite völlig anonym ins World Wide Web stellen, wenn das Angebot ausschließlich persönlichen oder familiären Zweck dient.

Mit Urteil vom 12. Mai 1998 hat das Landgericht Hamburg entschieden, dass man durch die Ausbringung eines Links die Inhalte der gelinkten Seite ggf. mit zu verantworten hat. How arises from §55 I RStV, no imprint duty meets a supplier, i.e. he can put his web page absolutely anonymously in the World Wide web if the offer exclusively personal or informal purpose serves.

With judgment from the 12th of May, 1998 the district court of Hamburg has decided that one has to answer for the contents of the linked side if necessary with by the Ausbringung of a link. This can be prevented - according to LG - only by the fact that one expressly dissociates himself from these contents. I have laid on different sides of this Internet presentation links to other sides on the Internet. I would expressly like to stress that I have no influence on the creation and the contents of the linked sides. Herewith, therefore, I expressly dissociate myself from all contents of all linked sides on my Internet presentation and do not adopt their contents.
